Gretchen Parker has been a realtor with Coldwell Banker since 2009, working out of both their Manchester and Gloucester offices. She is a consistent top-producer on Cape Ann, specializing in the luxury and waterfront markets, and ranking in the top 6% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide.

Gretchen has deep knowledge of the local market, having grown up in Rockport, MA. She spent 20 years living and working in Europe and returned to her roots on Cape Ann in 2005. From 2005 – 2018 she ran a waterfront B&B and was actively involved in the leadership of the Rockport Inn Keeper’s Association.

With a background in finance, strategy and marketing, a B.A. from Bowdoin College and an MBA from London Business School, Gretchen brings a broad set of analytical and communication skills to every transaction. In her free time, you can find her training for her next long-distance bike trip, boating or skiing.
